			<description><![CDATA[ Yes, the doctor told Reva and Jeffrey that her cancer medication is similar to a fertility drug, so even if she was not regularly ovulating (menopause), it may
have caused her reproductive system to kick into action at least long enough for this pregnancy to occur.

			<description><![CDATA[ Oh, so now that makes sense how Tamoxifen can cause birth defects.  I thought, Huh?  If Tamoxifen is also used as a fertility treatment, why would they use it,
if it can cause birth defects?  Thanks malar for that article and it explains, because the dosage is much different using it for breast cancer treatment, than
when it is used for fertility treatments.

			<description><![CDATA[ I also don&#39;t think the, Tamoxifen, the breast cancer drug, which is also used as a fertility drug, would cause birth defects in a baby.  That doesn&#39;t
make sense to me.  Perhaps there are other drugs which Reva was on, could cause birth defects, but, from what I gather, I think it is just the higher age of
Reva, that is causing the risk for birth defects, more than any drug she was on.  I&#39;m not worried about the alcohol affect either.  I think there is enough

			<description><![CDATA[ It is an interesting story that I look forward to watching unfold.  The alcohol I am not worried about at all.  It rarely causes a problem to have a few drinks
here and there.  Its the frequent drinking and large amounts that is the problem.  I do worry about the effects of the oral cancer meds (I assume tamoxifan or
other oral chemo) that she took.  All of the major systems are created within the first trimester.  The chemo could stop growth and create birth defects and/or

for about 2 and a half months i thought i just didn&#39;t feel well and wasn&#39;t keeping good track of my periods, and i didn&#39;t have too much morning

			<description><![CDATA[ Elizabeth, I know that, but I never thought about it, until my nurse daughter explained it. I think she told me the gestation period was 40 weeks. I had her 40
some years ago, but she was 3 1/2 weeks early. What is really funny, my younger daughter says her friend has a picture of her mother when she is pregnant with
this friend and she has a cigarette in one hand and a drink in another. I didn&#39;t drink or smoke but I know many who did and fortunately the babies were
fine.

there will be a healthy baby for Jeffrey and Reva. The &quot;hankies&quot; could come just from the fact all that Reva will have to go through to get this

			<description><![CDATA[ The reason an older mother has a greater chance for multiple births is because most older women who get pg are using a fertility doctor to do it.

The good thing is that they can test for most things without doing an amnio (which has a 1 in 200 chance of miscarriage which is not good odds.)

story started off wonderfully and realistically by both Jeffrey and Reva reacting with, utter shock, then a few moments of joy, then, confusion, and then fear.
 All of these emotions were portrayed beautifully by Kim and Bradley.  Their amazing, natural chemistry is only enhancing all of the rollercoaster emotions

			<description><![CDATA[ Tamoxifen is a drug used for some kinds of breast cancer, as a deterrent to a return. My MIL had a mastectomy many years ago, like twenty, and she was on a
five year &quot;trial/study&quot; of Tamoxifen. (glad she didn&#39;t have a lover during that time, lol) She doesn&#39;t take it now and hasn&#39;t for many
years, I didn&#39;t realize they had moved it to a lifetime drug. It is also used as a fertility drug in some cases, sound like it helps to get a person to

			<description><![CDATA[ I know that people who have leukemia take a drug that keeps it in remission. I believe it is called Gleevac and women have to go off of it to have a baby so
they must weigh the risks.

I was not aware of any breast cancer drugs that are taken after treatment. My first cousin is a breast cancer survivor and I don&#39;t believe she takes
anything. She goes once a year for a check up and testing to be sure it has not returned. I hope that the writers researched this and are not just... ]]></description>

ovarian cancer years ago, and, she had chemo, and as far as I know, that was it. She just has bloodwork done on a regular basis. I really want Reva to have a
