I agree about the senseless SORASing of Leah. I would have been ok with that if there was a reason for it, but they never did a thing with that character. They just made her older than her little brother Jude, who has strangely not aged at all. LOL.

In the end it somewhat evens out. Many of these characters are surprisingly about the right age. Dinah, Bill, Michelle, Shayne, Lizzie...not too far off of their real ages.

Remember when Lizzie had a huge crush on Shayne? He was a few years older and the start baseball player?

I forgot to mention her. She and Emma were born at the same time - I remember because Philip and Rick were talking about how great it would be if their girls grew up to be best friends just like they are. I never liked that they aged Leah. There was no strong reason for it because Leah wasn't a major part of any story line. Yep! It was daisy who was about 13 when her dad died in the house fire that he, Beth, Daisy, Lizzie and BABY James lived in. It was Jim Lemay (James's step dad and whom James is named after) who dropped James (wrapped in his baby blanket) out of a window down to Phillip (who caught James), and Harley (who Phillip was married to at the time), Beth were standing around screaming for Jim to drop the baby then jump. There was an explosion and Jim was killed instantly.
