How can Colin look like Jeffery when Jeffery had face surgery to look like Richard. Hmm I think the writers are stupid.

Yeah, just like the writers forget that Phillip's grave was originally in a mausoleum and his name was on a wall. Now he has a gravestone in a graveyard!
I suppose at a time like the loss of someone, you would make yourself think that their baby looked like them. Sometimes they do a pretty good job of matching, but not this time. Loretta |

We have seen a much younger version of Jeffrey during flashbacks of when he and Olivia were at the embassy party when Ava was conceived.
Kelly, That is how they explained him looking so much like Richard. He was hired as a double for Richard to stand in for him at certain functions. He had plastic surgery and perfected the accent. He had sex with Cassie once when he was pretending to be Richard.

Unless of course, Ricahrd only had sex with Cassie once, and the other times by Jeffrey. But when was Jeffrey Richard, and Richard Jeffrey in San Crystibal?
Then again, was it Jeffrey who came back to Springfield, or was Richard really coming back to Springfield?
