I'm at the point where I'm so sick of it, I'm starting to hope Edmund and Jeffrey will just shoot and kill each other simultaneously! Just get it over with!

That is exactly how I feel as well. This way, everyone could feel guilt-free about how they are wrapping up Reva's story tomorrow (it is in a separate thread), Jeffrey would have died a hero - something important for his fans and his love for Reva would have paved the way for a safer life for her, blah blah, blah.
