Noah is blind, Meg has Damian where she wants him, Brad discovers new powers and Katie hires a psychic.
The ghost of Brad suddenly appears in Katie's apartment. He talks to her and glares at the danishes she puts out. He worries she is already moving on. Margo comes to see the baby on her way to work. Katie tries to brush her off when Thomas, the psychic, arrives. Brad thinks this is a great idea. Margo tries to talk her sister out of this but she won't back down. Once the 'doubter' leaves, the psychic asks for his fee before they begin.
At the hospital, Damian calls Lily and tells her that Noah has been moved out of the ICU. He's proud of how strong their son is. She's having his things unpacked as they speak. As they chat, Meg arrives and walks over to him. He gets off the phone and she warns him not to start playing house with Lily before he tells her the truth. She says Officer Grady could come back any time. He can't come clean right now because Luke and Noah need him. Meg thinks Lily will never forgive him if he moves in before telling her the truth. She offers to break the news herself. He forbids it. "You need to tell Lily the truth before something awful happens," she says.
Luke is thrilled to learn that he can go and see Noah. When Luke gets into his boyfriend's room, he apologizes for everything. The doctor comes in and unwraps the bandages on Noah's face. "I can't see anything!" Noah gasps. Luke tells him to chill and the doctor says that this could just be temporary. Noah expects the worst and wants to be alone. Luke leaves him alone for a minute but then returns. Damian watches them from the hall. "I'll never be able to see my film," Noah says. He wishes that Luke had left things alone. Luke says he was stupid and jealous and should have trusted him. Noah orders him to get out.
Holden gets to Lily's and sees Damian's bags. "If Damian is moving in, I'm moving the kids out," he announces. She claims that she is just trying to give the children a normal life and she accuses him of seeking revenge on her for marrying Damian. He refuses to let his children get caught in the cross fire. She threatens to fight him dollar for dollar if he goes for custody. After he leaves, Damian calls and tells her that Noah can't see.
Holden goes to the farm house and tells Meg that he and the kids are moving in. She tells him that neither of them want Damian with Lily and he doesn't need to force the issue. He assumes she's made some sort of deal with Damian and angrily tells her that he won't allow this.
Brad shows up in the bar to see Henry. He tells him that he needs to go and see Katie before she gets taken for a ride by the phony psychic. After Brad vanishes, Henry rushes over to Margo and asks her to get rid of the restraining order so he can help. She's surprised to hear he knows about Katie and the psychic.
Back at Katie's, Brad appears just as the psychic tells Katie to move on with someone new and be happy. Brad becomes outraged and tries to swat him but has no luck. He tries again and manages to kick him out of the chair. The psychic freaks out and tells Katie that there won't be any more sessions. "This house is unclean and I need to see my chiropractor!" he says, running out. Brad's impressed with himself and tries to move the chair again. It doesn't work. Katie stares off sadly.
Brad goes to the station and literally runs into Henry. They get excited that they can make contact. Henry is nervous about testifying. When he leaves the station, a goon follows him.
Margo goes to see Katie and finds out that she didn't tell Henry anything. Margo advises her to listen to her feelings. She tells her that she felt Casey's spirit after he died and it was real. Brad's spirit arrives after Margo leaves. Katie tries calling out to Brad.
Back at the hospital, Damian and Lily go in to see Noah. They tell him they want to adopt him. Noah refuses. He doesn't want anything from Damian and orders them to get out. When Noah tries to chase them out, he falls into Luke's arms. He refuses to leave him.
In the hall, Damian tells Lily how horrible he feels. She tells him he meant well and that's what matters. Noah's social worker arrives and they fill her in before she goes to see Noah, Lily promises Damian everything will work out and leaves to talk to the doctors. Meg returns and threatens to tell Lily the truth today. She can see how tired he is and wishes she could take care of him. He leads her away.
In his room, Noah's social worker tells him he'll need help but he refuses to listen. After she leaves, Luke begs Noah to let him help. Noah still refuses because he can't make it look like he accepts what Luke and Damian did. Luke urges him to be selfish and just let them help.
Lily runs into Holden in the hall. He gets a call and tells her he needs to leave town on personal business. When he gets back, he'll be taking back the kids. She goes back to Noah's room. Luke has finally talked him into the adoption. Luke vows to be wherever he is.
Meg takes Damian back to his place and offers to give him a back rub. He'd rather have her call Officer Grady. She says that won't work and promises that she will never turn her back on him. She backs him against the wall, locks the door, and asks him to show her how much he appreciates her. They kiss and tear off their clothes.
