Ellie, you did a great job updating everyone on my condition. So I felt strong enough to do it myself today.

Hi all. Thank you all for your support and prayers. My pneumonia is just about cleared up. The lef lung is clear, and just a very little remains in the right. My compression fracture is still healing and still causes alot of pain in my back when I cough or turn on back. But it too is healing. I will be starting chemo this coming Tusday, Jan 19. I can deal with all the side effects it brings. I am positive it will take care of the cancer in my back and any place else it may have matastsized. My oncologist asked me if I was superman cause of the pain I had to endure.....Arthritis in my neck and shoulders, Cancer in my back, Compression Fracture of the disc where the cancer is, and the Double Pneumonia.

I'm going to beat this, all of it, and be back to being my normal perverted self. It may take awhile, but count on it.

Hi everyone!! Well 2 chemo treatments done,and 2 after chemo treatment shots done also (Nestasia or something like that). Those after shot are killers, let me tell you. One big side effect ...... BONE PAIN in the hips, lower back and upper thigh areas. I get the side effect pain about 3 days after the shot. Last night I got them and WOW!!! Worse than the first. When I am cured from all of this I should write a book about pain. I sure had my share of it.

Everything going well. The back pain has supressed a bit, and feeling better on some days. Other days are carbon copys, lots of pain. I stay up as long as possible and usually take naps in the afternoon. Chemo really taking its tired feelings on me.

Carm is my rock. I love her more and more everyday seeing the things she does for me. When you think you can't have any more love for someone, I get more for her every day.

My hair was starting to fall out. More and more each day. I find hair on my pillow everyday. I got a buzz cut 2" on clippers, but that didn't last. It was fun pukking out my hair. My son would sit there doing "he loves me, he loves me not" pulling out my hair. I ended up with bald splotches on my head. Well, I was going to shave my head anyways so it didn't matter. So Sunday morning my wife and I shaved my head. Yep, I'm a baldy. I'll post a picture when I transfer it to the computer.
