Summer is finally here, and Pine Valley is already feeling the heat. Get ready because Bianca is back -- played by newcomer Christina Bennett Lind -- and she is not happy! Binx has always been the sweet and understanding Kane, but after learning the news that Erica's plane crashed and her mama has gone missing, Bianca tells Greenlee that if her mother isn't found, she's going to wish she was the one in that plane crash! Wow! What's in that Paris water Bianca's been drinking?
If you think Bianca is coming on strong, wait until you see Marissa. The old saying is true: There is nothing worse than a woman scorned. Look for the usually mousey Marissa to tap into her Hayward genes and pull together a ruse to get Annie out of her life (and marriage) for good! Meanwhile, she better act fast because JR concocts his own plan to make Annie prove that she doesn't want him. Now you know what happened the last time JR played with fire ... After a long month of May thinking she was the sequel to her mother, Janet "From Another Planet," Amanda finds happiness once again with a fairytale wedding to Jake. Once the bride and groom are hitched -- again -- the fun really begins ... and you won't believe who catches the garter and bouquet!
That's a nice surprise, but nowhere nearly as exciting as what happens when Palmer's will is read. If PC wanted to leave behind a lasting impression in Pine Valley, he succeeding. Who do you think gets his beloved Cortlandt Electronics? It's also revealed that Palmer purchased a piece of property in town that will leave a few people homeless. And that's just the beginning of the surprises. Wills always leave certain things to family members -- in this case, certain family members who may not currently be in Pine Valley ...
Tad and Liza grow closer this month, but don't expect Tad to turn his attention away from Damon. No matter how much Tad endorses Damon, it's still not enough to convince Liza that he is right for her daughter. In fact, it doesn't help -- as Liza remembers what Tad was like "at that age" (if you remember, "at that age" Tad was two-timing Liza with her mother). Look for Liza to take some drastic measures to prove to Colby that Damon is no good. And by drastic, we mean drastic. Like, hardcore.
In addition to finding love, Colby also gets some news that affects how she will spend her summer. But first she has a big decision to make: Is she ready for sex?
Madison finds herself in danger when a fire ignites at the hotel where she's staying. Of course, this is the perfect opportunity for Ryan to sweep in and play Prince Charming. They grow closer, and this is not something that impresses Greenlee. Will she be able to hide her jealousy? Also, look for Madison to open a can of worms for the ex-Mrs. Lavery when she reveals some incriminating information.
Being green(lee) with envy is not the only thing that Mrs. Hayward will have to keep hidden this month. Her guilt over Erica's plan crash eats away at her. Will she break under the pressure?
While Greenlee is haunted by the possibility that Erica may be dead, Jack sets out on a quest to find his sweetheart. He doesn't go at it alone. Look for him to take along a companion -- a fellow resident of the Valley of the Pines.
Erica remains deep in the mountains of Pigeon Hallow with Caleb, whose behavior grows increasingly bizarre. First he steals
Erica's cell phone to keep her in seclusion. Then -- when Erica questions him about a mysterious photo she finds -- he gets angry. What could Grizzly Adams be hiding? More importantly, just who is he -- and what does he do that makes Erica pull a gun on him?
June is not going to be an easy month for Angie. While at Jake and Amanda's wedding, she collapses. But that's just the beginning. Look for Angie (and the Hubbard family) to get a big new story from this. They will be front and center this summer.
All this, PLUS: If that's not enough, there'll be a marriage proposal; an unexpected announcement from Erica; Scott and Annie take their relationship to a whole new level; and Opal's tea leaves aren't seeing good things in the future for one Pine Valley resident.
