When I was flipping channels the other day I saw that "Coop" was on there, and I read on the ATWT board that Maura West will be joining as well. It's been over 20 years since I've watched.....Christine was still Cricket and Danny was at the height of his singing career. I was rooting for he and Tracie to get together, but then Brad entered the picture. I know a TON of stuff has had have happened since then! Does anyone know of a good place I could go to read and kind of catch up a little, atleast on the current storylines? I kind of feel overwhelmed by not knowing all the back history of the characters now, but I just feel that with ATWT shutting down, I need to have another "escape" to watch. I am still watching DAYS, but I feel it's just a matter of time before that is off as well. Please tell me if my questions get to be too much for you all! Praying daily for our Guy

I hope "Coop"(his charcter is Chance, Nina and Phillip's son) being on isn't a major sticking point for you. He was let go just this week and is no longer on. But, the actor who played Shane on GL at the end is also on as Chance's long last brother. I really like him. There's just something about him that does it for me. It will be interesting to see MW come on....I believe she is going to be playing Dianne, one of Jack's many exes and the mother of his son. Her charcter history is of a pretty coniving woman. I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about background and such. :-)

Course, I remember all the vets from there, but to see some new people on there that I already "knew" as actors was pretty cool. I liked the guy who played Shane too! I also heard that Marcy Rylan was on there? I vaguely remember Dianne from the past, but that might have been just when I was reading recaps here and there. I've got this week started taping, just haven't gotten around to watching any of them yet. This weekend is going to be "soapy" Praying daily for our Guy

Posts: 749 (09/15/10 11:45:58) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I've been watching since the days when David Hasselhoff played Snapper and John McCook was Lance Prentiss. Yes, MR plays Abby Carlton Abbott Newman(enough last names for someone who is only about 18 and never been married for ya!) She is the biological daughter of Victor and Ashley but was adopted and raised by Brad Carlton and Ashley from when he was married to Ashley. She is kind of a Paris Hilton character....all about fame and attention but doesn't think about the consequences of her actions.
